Early out services

Manage self-pay receivables early in the receivable cycle to reduce our clients staffing costs, reduce amounts written off to bad debt, while maintaining good consumer relations.  Accounts placed with this service are usually placed for a specified time frame with a set number of letters and phone contacts. 

Self-pay Receivables Management

Providing self-pay receivables management from day one.  As soon as accounts are determined to be self-pay balances.  This service utilizes notice series, telephone counseling, and automated payment monitoring to effectively manage the entire self-pay cycle. 

Onsite Self-pay Receivables

One or more of our trained staff placed in your facility to handle self-pay, co-pay, onsite day of service payment counseling.  It is our goal with to utilize our expertise, and sophisticated systems to effectively reduce the days of payment and overall costs of our clients.  

Precollection Letter Services

Our fee per letter service.  With this service you will receive a 1 - 3 letter series of pre-collection notices for a flat fee per letter mailed.  Our letters direct the consumer to contact your office for payment arrangements.   Once you receive payment or an acceptable payment arrangement, our service is complete.  You only pay for the notices actually mailed.  If the series is unsuccessful, the account can automatically be place for full service collections.

Traditional Debt Collection Services

Full service collection agency services.  This service is provides timely contact and resolution of those accounts exceeding 90 days in delinquency.  Collection, skip tracing through referral to litigation is handled professionally and efficiently. 

NSF Check Recovery

We return 100% of the face value to our clients.  In some instances we return even more.  No more hassle to get your money back on bad checks.  We do this for you and it costs you nothing.  This service utilizes our complete collection processing including skip tracing through litigation if necessary.

Check verification services, and even a courtesy letter service, where you receive face value plus an NSF check fee, in Indiana this is $27.50, are also available upon request.

Legal Recovery Services

Full legal recovery services are offered through our attorney network.  Our offices will continue to monitor and provide necessary skip tracing and follow-up on legal cases to insure the collection process proceeds efficiently and effectively.
